How I Can Help
An overview of my process- and data-driven approach to career coaching.
If we decide to work together, I am not only your career coach, I'm also your supporter, pep-talker, strategist, analyst and memory bank.
I help you walk through next steps when it seems unclear, unblock problems as they arise, and most of all I am here to cheer you on.
I've worked with many high-achieving individuals over the years. Most people need some combination of all of the above, including the people you probably think of as hyper-successful.
Where should we begin
We begin with establishing your WANTS.
If you're wondering, 'how do I know what I WANT?' Don't worry, I've got you.
We'll start our first sessions with a thorough review of your work history. We'll note what worked, and didn't. Many people are surprised by this. Often, when coming up against a comprehensive audit of their work history, they make new findings they never thought of before. Something they liked more than they thought about a job; something they forgot they disliked tremendously and never want to deal with again.
Everyone's different.
Meeting you where you're at
Are you interested in a new job right now? In a couple of months? Casually looking?
Are you someone who wants to leave a FAANG to start a startup of your own?
Perhaps you want to transition into a different type of job; move to Spain and work for yourself remotely.
If you've got deep questions about work, I may not have all the answers right now, but I have a process that we can work through.
Anything that helps
Every client gets a Notion page that they can use to lookup vital information about our time together.
Together, we'll work through an audit of your past work, ask you to complete a 'how do you talk about yourself?' exercise. Then, we'll review your 'WANT' list so you have a clear idea of what you absolutely need, what would be nice, and what you must absolutely avoid.
I am very proud of this process- and data-driven approach. It works well with many of my clients, who love to see clear and measurable data about everything. So why not in their job search, or transition, too?
